Establishment & Founding Trust
Jnan Jyoti was founded in 1988 under the Champarani Educational and Charitable Trust (Registration No. 351), registered under the Indian Trust Act. Its mission is to bring quality, integral education to the children of Ghorasahan and surrounding communities .
Early Years & Vision
The institution began with a handful of students and a dedicated team of educators. From the outset, Jnan Jyoti infused traditional Indian values—such as faith, discipline, cleanliness, devotion to duty, and scientific temperament—with modern teaching practices. Its goal: holistic growth—academic, moral, intellectual, physical, and spiritual .
School Evolution & Academic Growth
Over time, the school expanded its facilities and infrastructure. It now accommodates students from Class 1 to Class 12, operating in English medium and maintaining CBSE affiliation (Affiliation No. 330553).
